1. Who we are
monzology.com and the services described on it are operated by Monzology (مونزولوجي للدعاية والإعلان), a single-person limited liability company registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt under commercial registration no. 22336 (6th of October Investment Commercial Registry). Registered address: Building 1064, Ground Floor, 2nd District, 4th Neighbourhood, 6th of October City, Giza, Egypt.
2. Using this website
By using monzology.com you agree to these terms. You may browse, read and share our pages for personal or business information. You may not misuse the website — for example, attempt to break its security, overload it, or use it for anything unlawful.
3. Our content
The text, design, videos, images and brand marks on this website belong to Monzology or are used with permission. Client names, logos and work shown in our case studies belong to those clients and appear with their permission. You may share links to our pages; please do not copy or republish our content without written permission.
4. Enquiries and proposals
Information on this website describes what we do; it is not an offer. Any project is governed only by a written agreement or signed proposal between Monzology and the client.
5. Our social media tools
Monzology uses its own internal dashboard to plan content, publish to its own accounts and read their performance on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn and TikTok, through each platform's official API and only with the permissions an account owner grants. These tools are for managing Monzology's own presence; they are not offered to the public. Each platform's own terms and policies also apply. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Links to other websites
Our pages may link to or embed content from other websites (for example Vimeo, YouTube or social platforms). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. No guarantee
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Monzology is not liable for losses arising from using or being unable to use the website.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

٢. استخدام الموقع

٤. الاستفسارات والعروض
المعلومات على هذا الموقع تصف ما نقدّمه، وليست عرضًا ملزمًا. يخضع أي مشروع فقط لاتفاق مكتوب أو عرض موقّع بين مونزولوجي والعميل.
٥. أدواتنا لإدارة شبكات التواصل
تستخدم مونزولوجي لوحة تحكم داخلية خاصة بها لتخطيط المحتوى والنشر على حساباتها وقراءة أدائها على منصات مثل Meta (فيسبوك وإنستجرام) ولينكدإن وتيك توك، عبر الواجهات البرمجية الرسمية لكل منصة وبالصلاحيات التي يمنحها صاحب الحساب فقط. هذه الأدوات مخصّصة لإدارة حضور مونزولوجي نفسها، وليست خدمة مقدّمة للجمهور. وتسري كذلك شروط كل منصة وسياساتها. وتوضّح سياسة الخصوصية كيف نتعامل مع البيانات.
٦. روابط لمواقع أخرى
قد تحتوي صفحاتنا على روابط أو محتوى مضمَّن من مواقع أخرى (مثل Vimeo أو YouTube أو منصات التواصل). ولسنا مسؤولين عن محتواها أو ممارساتها.
٧. إخلاء المسؤولية
نعمل على أن يكون الموقع دقيقًا ومتاحًا، لكنه مقدَّم «كما هو» دون أي ضمانات. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا تتحمّل مونزولوجي مسؤولية أي خسائر ناتجة عن استخدام الموقع أو تعذّر استخدامه.
