Modernising how
justice gets enforced.

A court ruling only matters once it's enforced. Tanfeez is the case for doing that better — a specialised, technology-led execution operation. We built the program's whole story: the pitch decks that propose privatising execution-officer work, a brand explainer film, and walkthroughs of the Ministry of Justice's Judicial Delegations system. A proposal and brand build — presented, not yet a launched service.

01 The problem

Enforcing a judgment — attaching assets, garnishing salaries, executing cheque orders — is the slow, complicated end of the justice system. The Tanfeez proposal makes the case for a dedicated, tech-enabled execution arm to carry that work for the courts, including a specific bid to privatise execution-officer duties in Ras Al Khaimah. Our job was to make a complex institutional argument feel clear, credible and government-grade.

A verdict is a promise. Enforcement is keeping it.

02 The Tanfeez brand

The brand explainer film gives the operation a face — an integrated field team, general supervisors, HD body cameras (rated beyond twelve continuous hours), an advanced tablet workflow, a 24/7 call centre and a complaints system. 03 The proposals

Three decks carry the case to three audiences — a privatisation pitch, a technical & financial offer, and the formal Ras Al Khaimah proposal, opened by a real cover letter to the President of the RAK Courts (dated 07/03/2023). Each one earns trust with structure: challenges, strategy, team, mechanism — down to the cheque-execution flow under Federal Decree No. 14 of 2020.

04 The system

To show it working, we walked through the Ministry of Justice's Judicial Delegations system (نظام الإنابات القضائية) — the dashboard, searching for a delegation, and creating a new one — co-branded with Emirates Auction as platform operator. Two UX films · 0:24 & 0:34.
