01 The remit

Dubai Police is the central authority that disposes of impounded and abandoned vehicles once the impound period ends, selling them through public and online auctions run with authorised partners. That work is governed by a committee — and a committee runs on reports. We designed those reports so a quarter's decisions, status and results read in seconds, not slides.

02 Making auctions legible

The strongest pages are the comparisons. When the report needed to show why the local auction model wins, we built the infographics that carry the argument — payment settled in 72 hours and vehicles supplied within 7 days, adjudicated through Dubai Courts, against slower international platforms and their 10–25% fees. These figures are the committee's own; our job was to make them undeniable.

Good governance design isn't decoration. It's making the right decision the obvious one.

03 The customer journey

Getting an impounded car back touches several government entities. We mapped that path as an isometric journey — Public Prosecution to the requesting entity to Traffic to the Dubai Police counter to Emirates Parkings — so a citizen (and the teams behind the counter) can see the whole route at once.

04 The Suppliers Council

Beyond auctions, the General Command launched a Suppliers Council to develop its procurement system and strengthen supplier relationships. We gave that initiative its own considered deck — gold-accented, formal, and clear about purpose.

05 Motion — making smart services simple

Four flat-illustration explainer films walk citizens through Dubai Police smart apps — happiness and how-to for ERA, the Mazadat roadside services, a maritime-support app, and the Mawaqef parking service. Shown here as stills from the films.
